Michelle takes part in the “Cards for a Cause” campaign sponsored by CardsDirect.
Several celebrities chose their favorite designs for holiday greeting cards. Proceeds from the sale of these cards will then go to the charity of their choice.
All cards can be personalized online before you buy them and will include the celebrity’s printed signature.
Michelle decided to support "The Humane Society de Tijuana" with the proceeds from her card. This program focuses on public health, control of overpopulation of animals, animal welfare and public education. Michelle at the premiere of the campaign with her card:  (click for larger version)

Michelle will be at Comic Con in San Diego ! There's a "True Blood" Panel on Saturday, July 25th in Ballroom 20 @ 5:15-6:15.
There will also be an autograph session that Saturday from 2:30pm-3:30pm at WB Booth 4329.

Interviews, Pictures, Videos - you can tell that the new season starts tomorrow! Popwrap interviewed Michelle about her part as Maryann.
[...]PW: Season two really gets bigger in scope. Is that true for Maryann as well?
Michelle: The whole town just blows open this year. It's like four autonomous storylines that spin off and become their own little hurricanes. If you think of the show like a gas cooker, it's like all four burners are turned up full force.
PW: OK, suffice it to say we'll have to decide whether Maryann is a good witch, or a bad witch?

IESB.net has a very extensive interview with Michelle, mainly focussing on True Blood. "I don’t know that I can relate to Maryann, but I’m sure other people will. What I found so fascinating about her is that she’s completely liberated from everything. She has no sorrow, no guilt and no remorse. She doesn’t live with the same rules that we live with. Oddly, that was intimidating, at first. We always say that we want to be happy, free and content, and live with no rules, but when we’re given that, it’s terrifying because we tend to operate better with structure and guidelines. So, initially she was a bit frightening, but I didn’t realize what a gift she was until about half-way through the season."
